Shipping & Return Policy
RETURNS:
Summer Sessions is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Summer Sessions within 30 days. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your return items are unwashed and unworn with the manufacturer tags still attached. To avoid having your return denied please refrain from wearing perfume when trying on swimwear and apparel. Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective. To return your unwanted item include a copy of your invoice with the return item, write the order number clearly on the outside of the package and send your return to:

We will refund the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account.
Note - we do not accept COD shipments; you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance (UPS, USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

IN-STORE Returns:
If you would like to make an in-store, you can return merchandise purchased from our web store at one of our 2 locations. Just bring a copy of your receipt and also the original credit card used for the order, as well as a picture ID. All returns must be refunded back to the original credit card. If card is not present a store-credit may be issued at store managers discretion.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to exchange items is to purchase the desired exchange item from our website and follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items. An exchange can also be facilitated by contacting us via email or phone.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive damaged goods or an item you did not order please contact us by phone or email and we will issue an RMA and call tag for your return items.
*For health reasons, swimwear may not be returned once worn.
*Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.
*Surfboard sales are final and cannot be returned unless damaged upon receipt.
